terms of sale agreement

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of subscriptions and other paid products or services offered on this site or through the skeleton app and related services. Your sitewide Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and EULA also apply. If there is any conflict about a purchase, these Terms of Sale control.

2. Application Process

Access to skeleton may require an application and acceptance process. Submitting an application is free unless we clearly state otherwise at the time of application. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, access, or any particular timeline for review.

3. What You Are Buying

If you are accepted and choose to subscribe, you are purchasing a subscription to access skeleton, currently offered on a monthly or annual basis. From time to time, we may also offer additional or alternative paid access, tiers, services, features, events, experiences, physical goods, or other products. Any additional terms presented at the time of purchase will also apply.

4. Pricing Tiers and Billing Options

We may offer different subscription plans, tiers, pricing structures, billing periods, promotions, or add-ons. Current prices are shown before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscription prices are recurring and renew automatically for the billing period you select until canceled. Prices may change for future billing periods or future purchases as permitted by law.

5. Billing Authorization, Renewal, and Cancellation

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for the recurring subscription amount and any applicable taxes or fees for the billing period you selected, until canceled. You may cancel future renewal at any time through your account settings, through the platform from which you purchased, or through any other method we make available. Unless required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

6. Refunds and Transfers

Applications are free and therefore not refundable. Subscriptions and other purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable except for duplicate charges, confirmed fraud not involving you, or where a refund is required by law.

7. Availability and Access

Access to skeleton, and to any paid feature, tier, or offering, may be introduced, expanded, limited, modified, or discontinued at different times and in different stages. This may include digital offerings and, if introduced, in-person offerings or experiences. Availability may vary by user, region, platform, device, or offering. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any particular feature, service, or timeline.

8. Eligibility and Accuracy

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and must provide accurate, current, and complete information. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where permitted under our Terms of Service, including for inaccurate information, payment issues, misuse, or policy violations.

9. Payment Authorization and Taxes

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes or government charges. If payment cannot be completed or is later reversed, we may suspend, cancel, or limit access to paid services.

10. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge, we may suspend or terminate your subscription or deny future purchases to the extent permitted by law.

11. No Promise of Future Features or Offerings

We do not promise the availability of any particular feature, creator, community, event, in-person experience, tier, roadmap item, or timeline. Any descriptions of current or future offerings are informational only and may change.

11. Privacy

Information related to purchases is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Wyoming. Disputes are resolved as set out in the Agreement to Arbitrate in our Terms of Service. The state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, including to enter judgment on any arbitration award. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in those courts, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law (including mandatory consumer protection laws for users outside the U.S.).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
